Humidity should be between 5 and 20 percent and is controlled by amount of water thrown on sauna rocks. Try throwing water on the rocks, a dipper at a timer please until you find the right humidify for you. Keep in mind the higher the temperature in the sauna the lower the humidity should be. See the 0902 Thermometer for a matching temperature gauge.
