The HIVE Wood 17 provides bathers with an authentic wood-burning sauna experience by generating a soft, high heat. The unit includes a sturdy 1/5" thick stainless-steel flame tamer for long-lasting strength and durability.
HUUM HIVE Wood sauna heaters are precision-crafted in Estonia to provide years of reliable, efficient operation. The HIVE Wood 17 is constructed of high-grade stainless-steel and also features a stainless-steel furnace door.
The HIVE Wood 17 can hold up to 287 pounds of sauna stones, ensuring a much more consistent heat and superior sauna experience. Its large number of exposed stones provides a long-lasting heat and better steam capability.
The HIVE Wood 17 carries HUUM's limited 5-year warranty and is fully serviceable.

About This Delivery: This sauna heater system requires a scheduled appointment. It arrives on a wooden pallet and is encased in three-ply cardboard for solid protection. The driver is responsible for “delivery only” and will provide limited assistance at the site. Prior to shipping, we may contact customers to share shipment details and needs and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

33 lbs of 2" - 4" (5-10 cm) rounded olivine sauna stones. We highly recommend using rounded stones in HUUM heaters to complement the design and have milder steam.

For use with HUUM wood-burning sauna stoves, the stone cage is mounted above the stove, surrounding the flue, and filled with sauna stones. The stone cage holds an additional 88lbs of sauna stones (sold separately) that radiate heat for extra thermal efficiency and adds more stone surface area for creating steam.
A heat exchanger heats water when the HIVE sauna is heated.

Thanks to the HIVE reflector, the heater may be installed closer to the wall of the sauna. The reflector is made of stainless steel, and is attached to the fins of the heater. It is also possible to connect several reflectors to obtain a larger surface.
Note: The full reflect system requires 3 panels to be purchased and connected.
